About the Company
An early-stage AI security company helping enterprises identify and manage risks across AI applications, models, agents, and their connected tools.
Its platform provides security and risk teams with visibility into the AI agent supply chain, including vendors, models, skills, connectors, and plugins. The company works with large enterprise customers across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and legal sectors.
About the Role
The company is hiring its first dedicated Account Executive to own all new-logo sales and build a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
You’ll manage complex, full-cycle enterprise deals, from initial discovery through negotiation and signature. The role combines inbound opportunities, SDR-generated meetings, and self-sourced pipeline. Deal sizes range from six to seven figures, with sales cycles typically lasting 2.5–3.5 months, but varying from three weeks to nine months.
The key requirement is proven personal ownership of enterprise deals with companies generating over $1B in annual revenue. Brand-driven or product-led deal flow without direct closing responsibility does not meet the bar.
Responsibilities
Own new-logo opportunities from first conversation through contract signature.
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving security, risk, procurement, and other stakeholders.
Source and develop your own enterprise pipeline alongside inbound and SDR-generated opportunities.
Build and establish the company's enterprise sales process as its first dedicated AE.
Conduct credible sales conversations with technical and security buyers.
Share customer insights and market feedback with founders and product teams.
Requirements
Proven experience personally closing deals with companies generating over $1B in annual revenue.
Experience selling technical products, such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, observability, or developer tools.
At least some quota-carrying closing experience.
Demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting or discovery through close.
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
Willingness to self-source pipeline and operate without a fully established sales infrastructure.
Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Ability to work in person in San Francisco.
