An early-stage AI company building an enterprise platform that gives businesses control over how they access and deploy AI models. Its product routes requests across 450+ open- and closed-source models and supports flexible hosting, analytics, and enterprise AI agents.
The company serves approximately 100 customers globally, ranging from startups to large enterprises, and is backed by prominent venture investors.
About the Role
The company is hiring its first dedicated Growth / Marketing team member to build and own the function end to end.
You’ll work closely with company leadership to grow market presence through product marketing, events, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships. The role requires someone who can communicate complex AI capabilities clearly, execute independently, and build momentum without an established playbook.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver in-person events to strengthen customer and community relationships.
Build and manage community initiatives around the company and applied AI.
Develop strategic partnerships that expand market reach.
Create and execute product marketing campaigns communicating product capabilities and customer value.
Coordinate messaging and execution across channels, teams, and partners.
Gather customer and audience feedback and share insights with product and GTM teams.
Own multiple growth and marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in growth, product marketing, events, community building, partnerships, or a related field.
Experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain technical products clearly.
Experience executing marketing campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
High autonomy, initiative, and ability to operate without an established playbook.
Genuine curiosity about AI and technical products.
Willingness to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
