Its platform supports enterprise AI agents, business-system integrations, and flexible deployment options, allowing companies to manage how AI is used across their organizations. The company serves approximately 100 customers, from startups to large enterprises, and sells globally.
About the Role
The company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can combine strong software engineering skills with direct customer-facing technical work.
You’ll deploy the company's AI platform within customer environments, troubleshoot implementation issues, and work closely with customer teams and internal go-to-market stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
The role combines customer implementation, technical problem-solving, and core product development. It also involves international travel and occasional on-site work at customer offices.
Responsibilities
Deploy and configure the AI platform within customer environments.
Work directly with customer engineering and business teams to resolve implementation issues.
Troubleshoot deployment problems and ensure systems operate effectively.
Partner with sales and client-facing teams as the technical lead during customer implementations.
Translate customer requirements and technical challenges into product improvements.
Contribute to core engineering and product development when needed.
Travel internationally to customer sites for deployments and implementation support.
Requirements
1–5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally at a high-growth or AI-native startup.
Strong coding skills and software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to contribute to production product development.
Demonstrated experience deploying, implementing, or troubleshooting software directly within customer environments.
Ability to work across customer-facing implementation and core engineering tasks.
Experience taking ownership of technical deployments, from configuration through issue resolution.
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating directly with customers.
Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site with customers when required.
