The opportunity
We're supporting an international healthcare data and intelligence business with the search for an Account Executive in Australia.
This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week remote role focused primarily on new business acquisition. It's a hands-on hunter position, covering everything from researching target accounts and identifying decision-makers through to outbound prospecting, qualification and progressing selected opportunities through to contract signature.
The business sells annual subscription products providing clients with access to proprietary healthcare data, intelligence and insights, alongside a smaller consulting offering.
The profile
We're looking for a recruiter to surface candidates with around 2–4+ years' B2B sales, business development or lead generation experience, ideally with exposure to one or more of:
Healthcare / Life Sciences
Data & Intelligence
Research / Information Services
SaaS
Subscription-based products
The key requirement is genuine new-business capability. Candidates should be comfortable creating pipeline from cold or early-stage prospects rather than simply managing an existing book of accounts.
They'll need to be confident across cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, discovery calls, presentations and progressing opportunities through a consultative sales process.
CRM experience is important, with Salesforce particularly useful.
Who we'd like to hear from
For this search, we're particularly interested in recruiters with experience hiring commercial talent in Australia, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, data or information services.
You don't necessarily need to be based in Australia, but you'll need a strong understanding of the local candidate market and the ability to proactively source candidates who are already based in Australia.
Interested?
This is a live contingent search, so if you have a relevant Australian commercial network and would be interested in working the role, register your interest and make sure your Fractal profile is up to date.
