The opportunity
We're supporting a global financial services organisation with an international embedded recruitment assignment spanning EMEA and the US.
The remit combines hands-on recruitment with more senior research and search activity across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
It's a good example of the type of international embedded work we increasingly deliver: a Fractal recruiter operating closely alongside an internal Talent function while bringing additional capacity and specialist search capability.
