We are supporting a major energy and engineering organisation with a high-volume local recruitment project in Texas.
The hiring programme includes:
Control Room Operators
Mechanical Plant Technicians
Electrical and Automation Technicians
Other plant-support positions
The project focuses on direct sourcing activity, with recruiters responsible for candidate identification, outreach, qualification, and availability checks.
Experience recruiting skilled trades, plant operations, energy, utilities, engineering or industrial workers is highly relevant. Knowledge of the West Texas market is advantageous.
