The project focuses primarily on pipeline generation and candidate engagement across a range of commercial and corporate roles, including:
Sales
Key account management
Merchandising
Marketing
Brand
Strategy
Planning
Leadership positions
Recruiters work as an extension of the internal talent acquisition team, supporting market mapping, outreach, screening and candidate handover.
The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative and subject to changing hiring priorities. Strong stakeholder communication, candidate generation skills and experience recruiting within consumer, retail, fashion, sports or lifestyle sectors are particularly valuable.
