We are supporting a global consumer brand with the appointment of a senior engineering leader for a newly established engineering centre in Shanghai.
The successful candidate will help build and lead a growing technical organisation while remaining close to architecture, technical decision-making and delivery.
The brief requires:
Senior engineering leadership experience
Experience building or scaling engineering teams
Strong architecture and technical depth
Global stakeholder management
Experience working with product, commercial and business teams
Exposure to e-commerce, retail technology, POS or digital platforms
This is a high-impact leadership role within a global, fast-growing organisation.
